Application Guidelines

Please read the guidelines thoroughly! Failure to follow the guidelines may result in your application being disqualified. We will not reach out if there is any issue accessing any files or to correct any mistakes. If you have additional questions, please see our FAQs. If your specific question is not listed there, please comment, DM, or email us!

General GuidelinesThese guidelines apply to all contributors:- You must be 18 or older to participate. No exceptions. If an applicant or contributor is discovered to be under the age of 18, their application will be disqualified, they will be removed from the project, and they will not receive their contributor compensation package.- All portfolios and samples must be submitted via Google Drive links only.
Double check to make sure all links are accessible and able to be viewed by anyone with the link. If we cannot gain access to your samples and portfolio, we cannot grade your application. The application form will be editable, and so any changes that need to be made can be done prior to the application deadline.
- Please provide appropriate content warnings (kinks, gore, etc.) in the content warning space provided along with the sample number the warning corresponds with.- Follower count does not affect applicants, zine experience is not required.- After the initial acceptance email, all remaining communication for the project will be done on Discord, including check-ins. You will need to be present and familiar enough with Discord in order to participate in the project.- If accepted, participation in all check-ins is mandatory. Life happens and the mod team is completely understanding of that! Extensions on check-in dates will be provided within a reasonable time frame. If an extension is needed, mods must be notified as soon as possible. Failure to communicate the need for an extension on two or more occasions may result in a contributor’s removal from the project. Ghosting a check-in and not responding to mods attempting to follow up within 1 week of the missed deadline may result in removal from the project. The final submission deadline is a hard deadline and no extensions will be given unless the project as a whole is facing issues. Mods will reach out to contributors prior to the unfortunate need to remove anyone from the project.- If you are a pinch hitter:
You will receive an email the same day that acceptances are sent out.
You will have at least 2 weeks to complete a piece. As a substitute creator, you will unfortunately have less time to complete a piece. Extensions are allowed but know that you will be working on a restricted deadline.
- We ask for 10-12 months of your time. Projects like this can take a very long time to complete. Please understand how long it can take and communicate with mods about any scheduling needs! You will not be asked to provide details about why you have scheduling needs, simply to be proactive in communicating them. We will reach out prior to the unfortunate event that we may have to remove someone from the project.- Use of AI in your portfolio will result in immediate disqualification.- Use of leaks in your portfolio will result in immediate disqualification.Artists
